Our Mission
Copenhagen Health Innovation Centre is dedicated to advancing intensive care through continuous development and innovative thinking. Located within the Neurointensive Care Unit at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark, our proximity to the clinical staff allows us to remain closely connected to the daily challenges they encounter.
This unique synergy fosters an environment where we can identify and pursue projects that address these challenges effectively. Our goal is to develop solutions that benefit not only the medical professionals—doctors and nurses—but also the patients and their families. This holistic approach defines innovation for us.
Tejs Jansen & Charlotte von Magius
Tejs Jansen is senior consultant, MD, PhD
Tejs is a clinical doctor and head of the clinically based Copenhagen Health Innovation Centre at the Dept. of Neuro-intensive Care, Copenhagen University Hospital, Rigshospitalet.
Charlotte von Magius is project manager and nurse
In my role as project manager, I drive initiatives that are rooted in the challenges our healthcare professionals face in their daily work. I serve as the liaison between our healthcare staff and the external companies we collaborate with. With my combination of clinical experience, academic background, and project management skills, I am dedicated to creating solutions that not only address current needs, but also solutions that can be scaled to benefit both patients and personnel across specialties, thereby contributing to a positive development of the healthcare system.
